Ju Bao Yuan is a long-established Muslim restaurant in Niujie. The restaurant is characterized by the traditional Beijing copper pot, the clear soup of hot pot, fresh red meat and the special sesame paste. Mutton here is of premium quality and is sliced nicely. Sliced beef and mutton are something you should not miss. The original taste and flavor of mutton are well preserved in the traditional pots. Despite the great popularity, the boss has never reduced the quantity of dishes.  The tender mutton, without its special taste, is perfectly cut.
